The Valley Soccer Foundation is a NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law exclusively for public and charitable purposes. Mission Statement The specific and primary purposes for which this foundation was organized is to improve soccer activity in Central California by taking a proactive role to identify needs, acquire resources, coordinate the use of resources, disseminate information, promote education and respond to soccer related opportunities; to support, encourage, develop, organize and raise funds for soccer activity throughout the Central Valley of California, from preschool through college levels, including support for soccer programs at California State University Fresno, Fresno City College and Fresno Pacific University.
